"Babpack'

Tradon is growing up too fast. When Cohen goes to school, Tradon should be going to school. At least in his own little mind he should be. He walks around saying 'babpack...babpack' until his backpack is on. He will even put on his own shoes.

A few weeks ago, Cohen was somewhere with Chad. I was doing the dishes. Tradon hands me his 'babpack' and says "on". I put it on him. He says "school" (in his own little way) and then "bye...bye, mom" I think we are pretending so I say, "oh, don't forget your shoes". I can see the little light click on in his head. He says, "shoes!" (like oh, yeah I need my shoes) The next thing I know his shoes have been found and are on his feet. He comes and says "bye, bye mom" again. I say "bye have a fun day at school." I watch him to see what he is up to. He goes out the garage door, down the steps and out into the world - he was really ready to go to school. He wouldn't have thought twice about it. What a boy!

I still want him to be my baby though....
