Yes, this is our backyard. The lovely grass is completely gone. It took them less than an hour to rip everything out. We are ripping it up and putting in a drainage system and then all new landscaping. It is actually pretty exciting.
This picture is horrible, but see the tractor in the far right corner. That was the hugest machine I've ever seen in my life. When I saw it scraping up the grass. I seriously got a little worried. A few inches to far and they could have demolished my whole house with that tractor.
Here's the first of the drainage system. Let's pray it works. Our basement has flooded each winter and spring since we've lived here.
Now this nice weather needs to hold out for us to finish this project! Stay tuned...

Hi Tenaya!
I was looking for people on Facebook and I saw your wedding picture and then I found your blog!
You look great!!! I am so happy for you and hope that life is wonderful for you and your family.
Actually, I am a huge family history fan and I found some Ralphs on one of my family lines and thought about your family.
I would love to hear back from you. With Love,
Becki (Palmer) Carter

P.S. Fred passed away 5 years ago and I re-married - a family friend from the Richardson Texas stake.
